They grow Sauvignon Blanc at Jespersen Ranch, a cool climate vineyard nestled into a hillside near the Pacific Ocean. They ferment and age 80% in stainless steel and 20% in neutral oak barrels for five months before blending, filtering and bottling in late February. The result is a 90-point beautiful dry white wine with pineapple, lemongrass, kiwi and green melon flavors.
